Here’s a simple step-by-step guide on how you can do an ActiveSG court booking.

ActiveSG introduced a new balloting system when it comes to booking badminton court for peak hours (weekends and weekdays after 6pm) by logging in with Singpass on ActiveSG website.
For example, if today’s date is 29 August(Friday), players can place ballot up to 12 Sep(Friday).
As per the screenshot below, you can only select up to 2 time slots for peak hours.
After selecting your desired timeslots, simply click “Review Ballot” and remember to click “Place Ballot”. The results of the balloting will be released by 12pm the next day.

For peak hour slots, the balloting window opens 14 days in advance and remains available for 24 hours, giving players ample time to submit their ballots. For example, if you wish to book for 27 December(Sat) slot, you can place ballot on the 13 December(Sat).
And to improve your chances, you can also have your family members place ballots on your behalf.
For off-peak slots, bookings are released 13 days in advance at 12 pm, and these are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booking a badminton court in SAFRA Singapore, requires you to head over to their SAFRA website. Simply login as a SAFRA member, select one of the 3 badminton venues that they offer. Currently, they are located in Mount Faber, Tampines and Toa Payoh.
Their indoor courts are pretty stuffy, thus usually after each game, the players will rest outside. Benefits of playing at Safra is that it is conveniently located in Singapore and the wooden flooring is awesome! There are also regular cleaning of the badminton courts by the staff there
Do note that they have SAFRA app (Available in both App store & Google Play) too.
Also, their courts are available for booking 1 week in advance, and bookings open at 7am
Pro Tip: Find like-minded badminton enthusiasts in Singapore in either Facebook Group like “Singapore Badminton Kakis”, “Singapore Badminton meet up” and telegram group to join their game and have fun!
In addition, some regulars have to “camp” on either their phone or laptop before the clock strikes 7am for the slot to be release. It is a fingers’ game where whoever fingers are fast enough to select the slots and checkout. Thus, it is not easy to book SAFRA badminton court.
To book a badminton court via the OnePA website, simply select “Book a Facility”, choose “Badminton. Next, pick your preferred venue, date, and time before hitting the search button.
You’ll be shown the available slots, from which you can select up to two timeslots and proceed to checkout.
Do note that court bookings on OnePA open daily at 10pm. You can reserve slots up to 15 days in advance. Pricing may vary across different Community Centres (CCs), as each is managed independently. In my opinion, the OnePA community clubs that i prefer to play badminton are Senja Cashew CC, Marymount CC, Cairnhill CCs and Whampoa CC. Most of the community centres are tiles flooring, different from ActiveSG badminton courts. So do take care, as it will be painful if you have a fall!
However, there are some badminton courts in community clubs with rubber flooring like those in Siglap CC. With this flooring, the court fees are usually on the higher side.
However, OnePA badminton court booking system is rather laggy, thus you need a good device (laptop or mobile) and a good internet connection. So, that your chances of getting the slots are higher!
Another important note is that weekdays morning and afternoon courts are the easiest to secure as compared to any time slots during the weekends.
